Getting started with Inbound Back Office is simple, 

transparent, and built around your needs. 


Use Us Only When You Need Us

Our model is simple! We only bill you for the hours you use. Have a month with very little activity? No problem! 

You won't pay much. If you have times when you need a lot of extra help we will scale up and down with you.

You are in control of the services you need. All agreements are month-to-month.

Here's exactly what to expect:


1. Initial Consultation

We’ll start with a quick discovery call to learn about your business, identify the kind of support you need, and determine which of our services and team members will be the best fit.

2. Agreement & Intake Form

After the consultation, you’ll receive our service agreement and a simple intake form to gather important info about your team, tools, and workflows.

3. Meet Your Team

Once your intake form is submitted, we’ll connect you with the right team member(s) to begin working on the services you’ve selected. We'll get you up and running quickly and smoothly.

4. Real-Time Billing Dashboard

You’ll get access to our billing dashboard where you can track hours and see charges as they accrue—transparent, accurate, and always up to date.

5. Monthly Billing

On the 1st of each month, we’ll charge the credit card or bank account you’ve placed on file for any time logged during the previous month. No surprises.

6. Ongoing Check-Ins

We’ll check in with you regularly to gather feedback, ensure everything’s running smoothly, and make adjustments as needed to continually improve your experience.
