How It Works

Step 1: Consultation

Meet with our CEO to identify your exact needs and determine the right consultant for your needs.

Step 2: Agreement & Intake

After the consultation, you'll sign our agreement. Then you'll fill out a quick intake form.

Step 3: Start Working with the Team

After filling out the intake form, we'll connect you with an assistant to get started!

Step 4: Dashboard Access

You'll receive access to our billing dashboard where you can see all the time tracked and charges accrued by your assistant in real time.

Step 5: Easy Billing

One the 1st of each month, we'll charge the card you put on file for any hours tracked during the previous month.

Step 6: Feedback & Improvement

We'll check in regularly for feedback so that we can improve your experience.

Our assistants track their time while performing your work using timers.
(This includes meetings, emails, slack communication, actual delivered work, etc.) 

There are no minimums or rounding.
